Avni has been serving the Immigration industry for 26+ years. She is  a Regulated Immigration Consultant in good standing of CICC, a honorary member in good standing of CAPIC, and Commissioner for Oaths (Quebec).

She has served on Board of CAPIC as Chair from 2021-2023. She also has served as ON Chapter Secretary for 2 years. She have volunteered at many religious organizations and am Board of Director at Institute of Leadership for Women of Ontario (ILFO). Current she is serving as VP for Canada at VYO International.
